1. Eligibility

Bovixa provides online access to financial market products, trading tools, analytics, educational content and account management services.

Services may include CFD trading, forex trading, cryptocurrency trading, commodities and indices, trading analytics, educational tools, demo accounts and live trading accounts.

3. Risk Notice

Trading financial instruments involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all users.

Market prices can change rapidly, leveraged trading can amplify both gains and losses, and you may lose part or all of your deposited funds.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information, keep your login credentials confidential, notify us immediately of unauthorised access or suspicious activity, and remain responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

5. Identity Verification and AML Compliance

We maintain anti-money-laundering, know-your-customer, fraud-prevention and sanctions-compliance procedures.

We may request government-issued identification, proof of address, source-of-funds information, payment-method verification and enhanced due diligence.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

You confirm that any payment method used belongs to you, that funds come from lawful sources and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification, security checks, AML review and payment-provider processing times.

7. Trade Execution

Prices displayed on the platform may differ from external market sources.

Slippage, latency and price delays may occur.

Orders may be rejected, partially executed, delayed or cancelled during abnormal market conditions or technical interruptions.

8. Fees and Costs

You agree to pay all applicable fees related to the services, including spreads, overnight financing charges, conversion fees, withdrawal fees, inactivity fees and third-party payment-processing charges.

9. Promotions

Promotions, bonuses or incentives may be subject to eligibility requirements, trading-volume conditions, geographic restrictions and additional promotional terms.

We may amend, suspend, withdraw or cancel promotions if abuse, fraud or manipulation is suspected.

10. Security

We use modern cybersecurity controls including SSL/TLS encryption, multi-factor authentication, device and IP monitoring, fraud-detection systems, behavioural risk analysis, access controls, encrypted storage and continuous monitoring.

You are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting your devices and preventing unauthorised account access.

11. Prohibited Activities

You must not violate laws, use the platform for fraud or money laundering, manipulate markets, exploit technical vulnerabilities, use unauthorised bots, bypass security controls, disrupt platform operations or use another person’s identity or payment method.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, software, marks, graphics, interfaces and platform materials belong to us or are licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the platform without prior written consent.

13. Platform Availability

We aim to provide continuous access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Access may be interrupted by maintenance, market disruption, internet outages, cybersecurity incidents, third-party failures or force majeure events.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is" and "as available".

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the previous 12 months.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if fraud or unlawful activity is suspected, if required verification is not completed, or if your activity creates legal, regulatory or security risk.
