Bovixa takes the security of its platform and customer data seriously.
We implement technical and organisational measures designed to prevent unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, disclosure or loss of information.
These measures may include encrypted communication channels, secure data storage, multi-factor authentication, device and IP monitoring, fraud-detection controls, access restrictions, activity logging and continuous monitoring for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
Access to sensitive systems and information is limited to authorised personnel who require such access for legitimate business purposes.
We apply role-based permissions and internal procedures intended to reduce operational and security risks.
Our systems are reviewed and updated regularly in response to emerging security risks, technological developments and operational requirements.
Security incidents are assessed and handled in accordance with internal response procedures.
No system can guarantee absolute security.
Users are also responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts, passwords, devices and internet connections.
You should notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or suspicious activity.
